The submission system is powered by EasyChair. All full, short, poster, workshop papers are to be submitted at https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=petra2017. All submission must follow the ACM format and stay within the page limit.

Page limit (including references) :
  • Full papers: 5-8 pages
  • Short papers: 3-4 pages
  • Poster papers: 1-2 pages
  • Workshop papers: 4-8 pages

The reviews will be single-blind. For submission deadlines, please visit the Call for Papers page.

During the submission process, you should be able to select via a dropdown menu whether you are submitting to the main conference or the workshops.

Information on how to prepare your paper can be found below.

Preparing Your Submission

ACM will be the publisher of the proceedings of the PETRA conference and the conference proceedings will be a volume in the ACM International Conference Proceedings Series in the ACM Digital Library. Authors should use the ACM Word or LaTeX style templates to prepare their articles. An important aspect of preparing your paper for publication is to provide the proper indexing and retrieval information from the ACM Computing Classification System (CCS). Camera-ready information will be emailed to authors with the acceptance notifications.

Please visit http://www.acm.org/sigs/publications/proceedings-templates for more information about ACM templates, and http://www.acm.org/about/class/class/2012 for information about ACM Computing Classification System (CCS).

1. ACM's Computing Classification System

An important aspect of preparing your paper for publication is to provide the proper indexing and retrieval information from the ACM Computing Classification System (CCS). Please visit http://www.acm.org/sigs/publications/proceedings-templates for more information about ACM templates, and http://www.acm.org/about/class/class/2012 for information about ACM Computing Classification System (CCS).

You must include the rights management statement and bibliographic strip on the bottom of the left column, on the first page. After the acceptance of your paper, you will received an email with a link that guides you how to complete the copy-rights form. The standard ACM copy-rights statement should be similar, but not necessary identical, to the following:

Permission to make digital or hard copies of all or part of this work for personal or classroom use is granted without fee provided that copies are not made or distributed for profit or commercial advantage and that copies bear this notice and the full citation on the first page. Copyrights for components of this work owned by others than ACM must be honored. Abstracting with credit is permitted. To copy otherwise, or republish, to post on servers or to redistribute to lists, requires prior specific permission and/or a fee. Request permissions from permissions@acm.org.
